Terms & Conditions

1. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable) and receipt of the confirmation email.

2. The registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

3. Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organizing committee.

4. Participants are requested to carry a valid photo ID and their registration confirmation on the day of the event.

5. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), the organizers shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

7. Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

8. By attending the event, participants consent to photography, videography, and recording. The organizers may use these materials for educational, promotional, and archival purposes without additional permission or compensation.

9. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management, communication, certificate generation, and other official purposes. It will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

10. Certificates of participation (if applicable) will be issued only to participants who fulfill the attendance requirements specified by the organizers.

11. The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

12. Participants must comply with all venue rules and instructions issued by the organizers.

13. Any disputes arising from the event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. By submitting the registration form, the participant confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
